MÉXICO

To photograph Mexico is to reach for something that cannot be fully named: a tenderness between chaos and stillness, between what was and what refuses to disappear.

TEOTIHUACÁN

Teotihuacan, the birthplace of the gods. Aztecs believed that the gods created the universe at this site. What an incredible emotion and energy standing on these ancient ruins. I can only imagine what this city looked like in all its glory. I'm so grateful that we came in the early morning, "without a soul around".

OAXACA

Oaxaca doesn't ask to be understood, it asks to be felt. The mezcal burns slow like the valleys in afternoon light, and somewhere in the mountains, the mushrooms are still telling stories older than any ruin.

CHACAHUA

Chacahua is what the world looked like before we got to it. A lagoon, mangroves, birds you can't name, and a silence so complete it feels personal.
